The following is information about the price / cost / fee for the architect home design services, the procedure for ordering the architect services, and a description of what images and services are included in the fee. The categorization of house design costs is based on building area recommendations which are calculated based on space requirements, land area, and preferred style. To determine the span of a building, clients can first consult with our Architects.

C. PAYMENT PROCEDURE & STAGE

  1. THE FIRST STAGE
    1. Initialconsultation (consultation regarding architectural services). Clients provide the necessary data (via the Consultation  or email to info@visiocasa.com ) or Whatsapp in the form of:
      1. Land Location
      2. Size / dimensions of land (scan / softcopy of land measurement results)
      3. GSB Building (boundaries of land that can be built)
      4. Design style or preferred House Style (Classic, Modern, Tropical, Contemporary, etc.)
      5. Budget Plans for Buildings (<1M, 1-5M,> 5M)
      6. Details The space requirements are as detailed as possible. Example:
        1 Main Bed, 1 Main Bath, 1 Walk in Main Closet, 3 Children Bed, 3 Children Bath, 3 Walkin Children Closet, 2 Outer Baths, 1 K. Helper, 1 K Bathing Maid, 1 R. Guest, 2 R. Family, 1 R. Eating, 1 Dry Kitchen, 1 Wet Kitchen, 1 Warehouse, 1 R. Laundry, 1 R. Jemur, 1 R. Learning, 1 R. Work, 1 K. Suci / Mushola, 1 R. Multimedia (Karaoke + Movie), 1 R. We recommend to provide information on building budget constraints so that we do not create excessive designs or even less than the maximum. The clearer the client gives the description, the easier it is for us to understand the client’s wishes.

  1. Submitting Design Fees via Email or Whatsapp. We will offer based on the estimated size of the building if needed according to the client’s wishes. We will send a design fee submission which includes the design fee, payment stages, items or services included, etc.
  2. Phase I / DP payment of 30%. If the Client approves the offer, the client will pay DP 30% of the total Design fee to the account in the name of the Visiocasa Architect.
  3. Start the Concept Plan. A follow-up consultation is started (a consultation on the floor plan concept) and conceptualization of the floor plan using AutoCad software. This stage is very important, the floor plan is the most important concept in a building design because this plan will be the main reference for making 3D and Technical Images. Specifically at this stage, revised floor plans are welcome and are not limited. After the floor plan concept is approved, the next step is to create a 3D Model (enter stage 2).



  1. SECOND STAGE

Clients make Phase II Payments of 50% of the total design costs for manufacturing:
1. 3D Sketch Up 3D model. 3D Modeling of buildings determines building height, building shape, and building style.
2. 3D Exterior Render Image, where clients will be made 10-50 building views to present the building’s appearance and the exterior atmosphere of the building.
Three-dimensional models and three-dimensional rendering images are very important in spatial planning. With 3D technology, Clients who are unfamiliar with the technical aspects of the building will have a better understanding of the shape of the building, both exterior and interior, so as to avoid misunderstanding between the Client, the Architect and the Contractor. At this stage, if the client does not fit the shape of the building, the Client can also make revisions, both revised floor plans and revised building shapes.

  1. THIRD STAGE
    Client makes a Phase III Payment / Repayment of 20%of the total design fee for manufacturing:
    1. Image Modeling & Visual Interior of each room, where clients will be made 10-50 suggest interior views to present the interior appearance, furniture position, and room lighting atmosphere.
    2. 3D Visual Final Render Image:
      1. Exterior
      2. Interior
    3. Work drawings / Technical drawings needed by the implementing team / contractor / contractor as a reference in the development process:
      1. Architectural technical drawings
      2. Technical drawings of structures (foundations, construction etc.)
      3. MEP technical drawing (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).
    4. The final submission files that will be given are:
      1. 1 Volume Print Out A3 Technical Drawings / Working Drawings.
      2. 1 CD / DVD with soft copies of all agreed files.

At this stage no further revisions are allowed. If all files according to the offer have been received by the Client, then the Design stage is declared complete and the Client is ready to tender or use the services of the contractor as chosen.
